Another view showing the undulating front edge of the building. The front edge also tapered to a sharp edge making it even more of a challenge to make. The 4 gills were remodeled and 3d printed along with the beams along the roof.
The 3d model first had to be recreated in a CAD program because the model that was supplied was not printable. All holes had to be sealed in the model. Then the parts were broken down into sections and printed at the finest resolution possible.
The parts were then cleaned and fitted with the CNC parts and painted.
