What is the Process of Getting a 3D Printed Part Made?

How Long Will it Take to Print?
There are several factors involved but many prints are ready in 2-4 days.

What Tolerances do the Parts Have?
The Dimensions will be accurate to 0.4% of the Dimensions in the file if Tough PLA is used. Tighter tolerances can be achieved.

What is the Best File Format to Send?
The .stp format is best followed by the .stl format. The .3mf format is good as well. Will accept .sldprt, .obj, .skp

What Payments do you Accept?
The Wave Online Payment system which accepts all major credit cards as well as direct bank deposits. Sometimes checks are accepted.

Do you use NDA's
Yes we can either use your NDA or if needed we have one as well. Both Parties will sign the NDA. All files that are sent to Zager3d are kept strictly confidential and secure.

Do You Print Molds?
We print the master that a mold can be made from. We can print a rigid mold. We can not print a flexible rubber/silicone mold.

Computer Aided Design. It is a way of creating a 3d file on a computer.

Scalable Vector Graphics. A computer file that is made of curves that a CAD program can read.
